| | 17:1 | 耶穌說了這話、就舉目望天說、父阿、時候到了．願你榮耀你的兒子、使兒子也榮耀你． | These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: |
| | 17:2 | 正如你曾賜給他權柄、管理凡有血氣的、叫他將永生賜給你所賜給他的人。 | As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. |
| | 17:3 | 認識你獨一的真 神、並且認識你所差來的耶穌基督、這就是永生。 | And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. |
| | 17:4 | 我在地上已經榮耀你、你所託付我的事、我已成全了。 | I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. |
| | 17:5 | 父阿、現在求你使我同你享榮耀、就是未有世界以先、我同你所有的榮耀。 | And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. |
| | 17:6 | 你從世上賜給我的人、我已將你的名顯明與他們．他們本是你的、你將他們賜給我、他們也遵守了你的道。 | I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. |
| | 17:7 | 如今他們知道、凡你所賜給我的、都是從你那裏來的． | Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. |
| | 17:8 | 因為你所賜給我的道、我已經賜給他們．他們也領受了、又確實知道、我是從你出來的、並且信你差了我來。 | For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. |
| | 17:9 | 我為他們祈求．不為世人祈求、卻為你所賜給我的人祈求、因他們本是你的。 | I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. |
| | 17:10 | 凡是我的都是你的、你的也是我的．並且我因他們得了榮耀。 | And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. |
| | 17:11 | 從今以後、我不在世上、他們卻在世上、我往你那裏去。聖父阿、求你因你所賜給我的名保守他們、叫他們合而為一像我們一樣。 | And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. |
| | 17:12 | 我與他們同在的時候、因你所賜給我的名、保守了他們、我也護衛了他們、其中除了那滅亡之子、沒有一個滅亡的．好叫經上的話得應驗。 | While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. |
| | 17:13 | 現在我往你那裏去．我還在世上說這話、是叫他們心裏充滿我的喜樂。 | And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. |
| | 17:14 | 我已將你的道賜給他們．世界又恨他們、因為他們不屬世界、正如我不屬世界一樣。 | I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. |
| | 17:15 | 我不求你叫他們離開世界、只求你保守他們脫離那惡者。〔或作脫離罪惡〕 | I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. |
| | 17:16 | 他們不屬世界、正如我不屬世界一樣。 | They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. |
| | 17:17 | 求你用真理使他們成聖．你的道就是真理。 | Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. |
| | 17:18 | 你怎樣差我到世上、我也照樣差他們到世上。 | As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. |
| | 17:19 | 我為他們的緣故、自己分別為聖、叫他們也因真理成聖。 | And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. |
| | 17:20 | 我不但為這些人祈求、也為那些因他們的話信我的人祈求． | Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; |
| | 17:21 | 使他們都合而為一．正如你父在我裏面、我在你裏面．使他們也在我們裏面、叫世人可以信你差了我來。 | That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. |
| | 17:22 | 你所賜給我的榮耀、我已賜給他們、使他們合而為一、像我們合而為一。 | And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: |
| | 17:23 | 我在他們裏面、你在我裏面、使他們完完全全的合而為一．叫世人知道你差了我來、也知道你愛他們如同愛我一樣。 | I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. |
| | 17:24 | 父阿、我在那裏、願你所賜給我的人、也同我在那裏、叫他們看見你所賜給我的榮耀．因為創立世界以前、你已經愛我了。 | Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. |
| | 17:25 | 公義的父阿、世人未曾認識你、我卻認識你．這些人也知道你差了我來。 | O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. |
| | 17:26 | 我已將你的名指示他們、還要指示他們、使你所愛我的愛在他們裏面、我也在他們裏面。 | And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. |
