| | 1:6 | 他们在教会面前证明了你的爱．你若配得过 神、帮助他们往前行、这就好了． | Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well: |
| | 1:7 | 因他们是为主的名〔原文作那名〕出外、对于外邦人一无所取。 | Because that for his name's sake they went forth, taking nothing of the Gentiles. |
| | 1:8 | 所以我们应该接待这样的人、叫我们与他们一同为真理作工。 | We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellowhelpers to the truth. |
| | 1:9 | 我曾略略的写信给教会．但那在教会中好为首的丢特腓不接待我们。 | I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. |
| | 1:10 | 所以我若去、必要提说他所行的事、就是他用恶言妄论我们．还不以此为足、他自己不接待弟兄、有人愿意接待、他也禁止、并且将接待弟兄的人赶出教会。 | Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church. |
