| | 32:2 | 凡心里没有诡诈、耶和华不算为有罪的、这人是有福的。 | Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. |
| | 32:3 | 我闭口不认罪的时候、因终日唉哼、而骨头枯干。 | When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. |
| | 32:4 | 黑夜白日、你的手在我身上沉重．我的精液耗尽、如同夏天的干旱。〔细拉〕 | For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah. |
| | 32:5 | 我向你陈明我的罪、不隐瞒我的恶．我说、我要向耶和华承认我的过犯、你就赦免我的罪恶。〔细拉〕 | I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. |
| | 32:6 | 为此、凡虔诚人、都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你．大水泛溢的时候、必不能到他那里。 | For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. |
| | 32:7 | 你是我藏身之处．你必保佑我脱离苦难、以得救的乐歌、四面环绕我。〔细拉〕 | Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. |
| | 32:8 | 我要教导你、指示你当行的路．我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。 | I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. |
| | 32:9 | 你不可像那无知的骡马、必用嚼环辔头勒住他．不然、就不能驯服。 | Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee. |
| | 32:10 | 恶人必多受苦楚．惟独倚靠耶和华的、必有慈爱四面环绕他。 | Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about. |
| | 32:11 | 你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐．你们心里正直的人、都当欢呼。 | Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. |
