| | 5:1 | 我看見坐寶座的右手中有書卷、裏外都寫着字、用七印封嚴了。 | And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. |
| | 5:2 | 我又看見一位大力的天使、大聲宣傳說、有誰配展開那書卷、揭開那七印呢。 | And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? |
| | 5:3 | 在天上、地上、地底下、沒有能展開能觀看那書卷的。 | And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. |
| | 5:4 | 因為沒有配展開、配觀看那書卷的、我就大哭。 | And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. |
| | 5:5 | 長老中有一位對我說、不要哭．看哪、猶大支派中的獅子、大衛的根、他已得勝、能以展開那書卷、揭開那七印。 | And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. |
| | 5:6 | 我又看見寶座與四活物並長老之中、有羔羊站立、像是被殺過的、有七角七眼、就是 神的七靈、奉差遣往普天下去的。 | And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. |
| | 5:7 | 這羔羊前來、從坐寶座的右手裏拿了書卷。 | And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. |
| | 5:8 | 他既拿了書卷、四活物和二十四位長老、就俯伏在羔羊面前、各拿着琴、和盛滿了香的金爐．這香就是眾聖徒的祈禱。 | And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. |
| | 5:9 | 他們唱新歌、說、你配拿書卷、配揭開七印．因為你曾被殺、用自己的血從各族各方、各民各國中買了人來、叫他們歸於 神、 | And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; |
| | 5:10 | 又叫他們成為國民、作祭司、歸於 神．在地上執掌王權。 | And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. |
| | 5:11 | 我又看見、且聽見、寶座與活物並長老的周圍、有許多天使的聲音．他們的數目有千千萬萬． | And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; |
| | 5:12 | 大聲說、曾被殺的羔羊、是配得權柄、豐富、智慧、能力、尊貴、榮耀、頌讚的。 | Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. |
| | 5:13 | 我又聽見、在天上、地上、地底下、滄海裏、和天地間一切所有被造之物、都說、但願頌讚、尊貴、榮耀、權勢、都歸給坐寶座的和羔羊、直到永永遠遠。 | And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. |
| | 5:14 | 四活物就說、阿們。眾長老也俯伏敬拜。 | And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. |
