| | 23:2 | 沿海的居民、就是素來靠航海西頓的商家得豐盛的、你們當靜默無言。 | Be still, ye inhabitants of the isle; thou whom the merchants of Zidon, that pass over the sea, have replenished. |
| | 23:3 | 在大水之上、西曷的糧食、尼羅河的莊稼、是推羅的進項．他作列國的大碼頭。 | And by great waters the seed of Sihor, the harvest of the river, is her revenue; and she is a mart of nations. |
| | 23:4 | 西頓哪、你當慚愧．因為大海說、就是海中的保障說、我沒有劬勞、也沒有生產、沒有養育男子、也沒有撫養童女。 | Be thou ashamed, O Zidon: for the sea hath spoken, even the strength of the sea, saying, I travail not, nor bring forth children, neither do I nourish up young men, nor bring up virgins. |
| | 23:5 | 這風聲傳到埃及、埃及人為推羅的風聲、極其疼痛。 | As at the report concerning Egypt, so shall they be sorely pained at the report of Tyre. |
| | 23:6 | 推羅人哪、你們當過到他施去．沿海的居民哪、你們都當哀號． | Pass ye over to Tarshish; howl, ye inhabitants of the isle. |
| | 23:7 | 這是你們歡樂的城、從上古而有的麼．其中的居民、往遠方寄居。 | Is this your joyous city, whose antiquity is of ancient days? her own feet shall carry her afar off to sojourn. |
| | 23:8 | 推羅本是賜冠冕的．他的商家是王子、他的買賣人、是世上的尊貴人．遭遇如此、是誰定的呢． | Who hath taken this counsel against Tyre, the crowning city, whose merchants are princes, whose traffickers are the honourable of the earth? |
| | 23:9 | 是萬軍之耶和華所定的、為要污辱一切高傲的榮耀、使地上一切的尊貴人被藐視。 | The LORD of hosts hath purposed it, to stain the pride of all glory, and to bring into contempt all the honourable of the earth. |
| | 23:10 | 他施的民哪、〔民原文作女〕可以流行你的地、好像尼羅河、不再有腰帶拘緊你。 | Pass through thy land as a river, O daughter of Tarshish: there is no more strength. |
| | 23:11 | 耶和華已經向海伸手、震動列國．至於迦南、他已經吩咐拆毀其中的保障。 | He stretched out his hand over the sea, he shook the kingdoms: the LORD hath given a commandment against the merchant city, to destroy the strong holds thereof. |
| | 23:12 | 他又說、受欺壓西頓的居民哪、〔居民原文作處女〕你必不得再歡樂．起來、過到基提去．就是在那裏、也不得安歇。 | And he said, Thou shalt no more rejoice, O thou oppressed virgin, daughter of Zidon: arise, pass over to Chittim; there also shalt thou have no rest. |
| | 23:13 | 看哪、迦勒底人之地向來沒有這民．這國是亞述人為住曠野的人所立的．現在他們建築戍樓、拆毀推羅的宮殿、使他成為荒涼。 | Behold the land of the Chaldeans; this people was not, till the Assyrian founded it for them that dwell in the wilderness: they set up the towers thereof, they raised up the palaces thereof; and he brought it to ruin. |
| | 23:14 | 他施的船隻都要哀號．因為你們的保障變為荒場。 | Howl, ye ships of Tarshish: for your strength is laid waste. |
| | 23:15 | 到那時推羅必被忘記七十年、照着一王的年日．七十年後、推羅的景況、必像妓女所唱的歌。 | And it shall come to pass in that day, that Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years, according to the days of one king: after the end of seventy years shall Tyre sing as an harlot. |
| | 23:16 | 你這被忘記的妓女阿、拿琴周流城內、巧彈多唱、使人再想念你。 | Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten; make sweet melody, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered. |
| | 23:17 | 七十年後、耶和華必眷顧推羅、他就仍得利息〔原文作雇價下同〕與地上的萬國交易。〔原文作行淫〕 | And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the LORD will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her hire, and shall commit fornication with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth. |
| | 23:18 | 他的貨財和利息、要歸耶和華為聖、必不積儹存留．因為他的貨財必為住在耶和華面前的人所得、使他們喫飽、穿耐久的衣服。 | And her merchandise and her hire shall be holiness to the LORD: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the LORD, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing. |
