| 137:1 | 我们曾在巴比伦的河边坐下、一追想锡安就哭了。 | By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. |
| 137:2 | 我们把琴挂在那里的柳树上。 | We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. |
| 137:3 | 因为在那里掳掠我们的、要我们唱歌、抢夺我们的、要我们作乐、说、给我们唱一首锡安歌罢。 | For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion. |
| 137:4 | 我们怎能在外邦唱耶和华的歌呢。 | How shall we sing the LORD's song in a strange land? |
| 137:5 | 耶路撒冷阿、我若忘记你、情愿我的右手忘记技巧。 | If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. |
| 137:6 | 我若不记念你、若不看耶路撒冷过于我所最喜乐的、情愿我的舌头贴于上膛。 | If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy. |
| 137:7 | 耶路撒冷遭难的日子、以东人说拆毁、拆毁、直拆到根基.耶和华阿、求你记念这仇。 | Remember, O LORD, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem; who said, Rase it, rase it, even to the foundation thereof. |
| 137:8 | 将要被灭的巴比伦城阿、〔城原文作女子〕报复你、像你待我们的、那人便为有福。 | O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. |
| 137:9 | 拿你的婴孩摔在盘石上的、那人便为有福。 | Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones. |
